01 How consent is collected

We text you only if you gave us your mobile number and checked the SMS consent box yourself. Consent is collected in one place: the deployment request form on successagenticlabs.com.

The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never pre-selected. It sits directly above the submit button, beside the field where you entered your phone number. If you enter a phone number without checking the box, the form will not submit — it asks you to either give consent or clear the phone field. This is the exact wording shown next to that checkbox:

Consent is never a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages to submit a request, to receive a quote, or to buy anything from us. Leave the phone field empty and we will reach you by email.

We may also send messages to a number you give us verbally during a call with our team, when you ask us to text you — for example, to send a booking link or a follow-up. We record that request with the call.

Status updates on a build or deployment already underway
Answers to a question you texted us
Occasional service notices about a system we run for you

We do not send recurring marketing blasts, promotional campaigns, or third-party advertising to this program.

03 Message frequency

Message frequency varies. This is a conversational program — the number of messages depends on your request and on the conversation you have with us. Most people receive only a handful of messages while their request is being scoped, and none afterwards.

04 Cost

We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

06 How to stop — reply STOP

Text STOP to (844) 946-0098 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will send you no further texts.

We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or phone contact, and it does not affect any work we are already doing for you. To rejoin, submit the form again with the consent box checked, or text START to the same number.

07 Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your device, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message arrives. This program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers.

08 Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your phone number and your consent record are used to contact you about your request and to demonstrate that consent was given. We do not sell them. Our full Privacy Policy describes everything else we collect and why.

09 Age

This program is intended for business contacts aged 18 or older. Do not give us a mobile number that is not yours or that you are not authorized to provide.

10 Changes

We may update these SMS terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes to the program will appear here before they take effect. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
