Success Agentic Labs operates a text-messaging service on behalf of participating automotive repair shops. This page describes our messaging program, how you give consent, and how to stop messages.

Program description

When you have an active or requested service relationship with a participating shop, you may receive recurring transactional SMS messages, including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Repair estimates and requests for your approval
Vehicle and work-order status updates
Payment and pickup notifications
Post-service follow-ups

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How you opt in (consent)

You consent to receive text messages from the participating shop when you:

Provide your mobile number and agree to receive service updates when you request or book service (in person, by phone, or online); or
Send a text message to the shop's number to begin a conversation.

Your consent to receive service messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out & help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, call (844) 946-0098, or email hello@successagenticlabs.com.

Atlanta Auto Care: Your 2015 Honda Accord (WO-0055) estimate is ready — Labor $76, Parts $61, Tax $11, Total $148. Reply APPROVE to proceed or CALL to discuss. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Atlanta Auto Care: Reminder — your appointment is tomorrow at 10:00 AM (WO-0055). Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
